      There are lot of factors involved when you get your salary: where do you live (city/countryside), what type of work you do, how much experience you have… People are always rewarded on the work they do, and better you are on your job, the faster you progress, the better you earn! So the important thing is to work hard and the profits will come!

      As a PhD student, I get the standard bursary allocated by Science Foundation Ireland for a PhD candidate.

      As a student I don’t get paid a lot but enough to live off and be happy, which is why it is important if you are studying to do what you like.
