      Blockchain is a part of computer engineering. I’m not a computer engineer so I cannot offer a good answer. As far as I understand it is about secure ways of holding large amount of computer data in a way that the data cannot be interfered with or altered by unauthorised persons.

      I will have to Google it for a detailed explanation.
